Join us this holiday season for a unique tree decorating contest. We want you to design a tree that showcases what makes your community stand out in Georgia.
You can decorate a virtual tree or a real tree, get creative! Submit a photo of your tree to info@georgiaruralhealth.org by December 16th. We will then post it to our facebook page where you can encourage your community to vote for their favorite.
The tree with the most votes by December 23rd at noon will win a park bench for the whole town to enjoy! Please call 478-301-4700 if you have any questions.
