August 2021 Nattlie Rogers, Senior Field Representative, and Davis Perkins, Rural Health Representative, of the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center, met with Emma Sinkfield and her team at Warren County Family Connections, to discuss partnership opportunities for the coming year. The meeting, pictured left, focused on the healthcare needs of Warren County residents and ways to collaborate with other agencies in the area.
On October 28, 2021, the Warren County Family Connections hosted its annual Health and Resource Fair, its first in collaboration with the Center. The Center donated healthcare supplies to fill 500 bags and Nattlie Rogers attended this drive-through event helping with logistics and bag distribution.
