Project Summary
The Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center is committed to the stabilization of all of Georgia’s rural hospitals. When the State of Georgia implemented a comprehensive rural hospital leadership training mandate (HB 769), the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center was the trusted entity tasked with oversite and implementation of the program. Hundreds of individuals including rural hospital executives, board members and hospital authority members, have participated in the designated training. This program is designed to arm them with the knowledge and skills necessary to be strong stewards of one of Georgia’s most critical resources, our rural hospitals.
